Recommded Rental dishwasher

Is there a Recommeded dishwasher that works well with rentals or something that stops the dishwasher pump from burning out? This has happened a couple times lately. I am guessing because tenants are not cleaning the dishes.

removing dishwashers from the rentals isn’t an option

This current rental doesn’t have a garbage disposal

I would show the tenants how to clean the screen in the dishwasher. A lot of people aren’t even aware it’s something that should be done.
