Inheriting a Tenant- Template Letter
We are closing on a duplex with a 3 year tenant on a month to month lease. Wondering if anybody has a template letter we can send the tenant as an introduction, outlining our policies, etc. Her rent is way below market value so we are planning to discuss increasing that as well. Per the current owners she is reliable and keeps the place well-maintained. Thank you!
