I just saw a parking lot investment opportunity on Twitter, but are not familiar with this type of investment. it is a good chance? any suggestion?

Before getting into a deal passively I would recommend building a relationship with credible syndicators to see if their investment strategies match yours and if where they invest makes sense to you.

Once you have developed a relationship and vetted the syndicators, then I would see deals that they offer.

Hi I am a Client Relations Manager at USPI and the posts here relate to one of our investment offerings. I literally just saw this post doing some research and figured I'd sign up to bigger pockets to address some of these questions.

Regulation D allows for general solicitation of our investment/security which in the U.S. means we can advertise the investment anywhere anyhow but are limited to taking investment from Accredited Investors only. Regulation S allows us to solicit anywhere outside the U.S. directly or via international agents who can also generally solicit - however some countries may have separate securities laws which may impact how or where they may promote.

Twitter and any other social media platform represents the future of advertising and client engagement and we are increasing our social media activity every day.

I am pretty sure you cannot solicit via twitter and be compliant with the regulations. London would make me skeptical too.

@Eileen Shi welcome to BP.  Based on the highlights it looks like a good deal. However you need to check out the offering document for the details and verify what it is claiming.

The fact it was offered via twitter would make my very skeptical.
