First time Home buyer finding house hacking

Hi I’m looking for a multi family , duplex, triplex property to do house hacking for the very first time in Rhode Island. We are planning  to stay in the property for 5 years or more. We need your advice where should we looking for. Our budget is not over 250k. For FYI we live in Fall River,MA but my husband works in Quonset point. We have no idea about Rhode Island. We are ok with B or B- area. Please advise thank you
