Sign lease in person or mail/email it?

Hey all! When I move I'm going to be managing my property (8-plex) remotely. What is a good process for getting leasing paperwork taken care of? How do you do it? Should I hire someone to do it? I will probably have a tenant do showings for me.

Thanks!

Whom ever is doing the personal interviews for you can have a lease with your signature already on it and, once the applicant passes all screening, can have the applicant sign it at the follow up meeting.

If someone is not doing personal applicant interviews on your behalf you are not thoroughly screening.
