rental leases renewals
i am a landlord in NJ. I know a lot of landlords when the renew the lease they send a whole new lease and sign it, and so did i do up until now.
MY QUESTION: is it necessary at all? or can i just sign some kind of renewal letter? and will that help for all terms and conditions?
