Hi! 

I'm getting ready to start looking for a tenant for my first rental property. Thereby I'm in need of a solid lease form to use with this future tenant. I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction as I seem to find a lot of convoluted information online and i'm not sure what to trust.
