Is a 5/2 difficult to rent?

Hello BP community,

I have recently found a BRRRR deal where the numbers work well but the house is a 5/2 in an older B neighborhood. My question is whether or not this will be difficult to find tenants for because it is larger than most rentals in the area. Thanks in advance for your opinions

Thanks for the input Jennifer. The house has a master suite with it's own bathroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor. It's probably ideal for a large family, and my concerns are probably unfounded!
