Bought Chicago 2 Flat Looking for GC's That Can Run $20-35k Rehab
Hi BP community!
I am looking for contractor recommendations/contacts in the Chicago area and I am looking for two special people:
1. An inspector that can evaluate foreclosures that are in bad shape.
2. A contractor that can work with me to bring these foreclosures back to life.
The property that I need immediate work on is located in the Burnside area (photos below) and is in need of bathroom, flooring, paint, new fence, & boiler work renovations. And possibility some exterior work to give the property more curb appeal.
