Rentals Near Cemeteries
Hello all,
I'm a real estate newbie looking to buy his first single family. I've found one property that looks fantastic on paper. There is a problem though: it's located across the street from a well maintained cemetery. I personally would actually prefer this because I'm a bit of a shut and would love less neighbors and a nice view in front of me. I also know though that a lot of people get wigged out by it as well. Thoughts?
