Lease Option Owner Deceased. What happens?
Hi all,
I have been negotiating a lease option with an elder homeowner. How should I include in the lease option the fact if he passes away the lease is still valid? I'm not sure how to go about this because it is unfortunately likely with the 5-year lease option we are going into.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!
