Where to Find Commercial Tenants for Small Properties
I'm looking at buying a property for my primary residence which has a detached finished garage zoned for commercial or residential. I was curious if anyone had good resources or experiences to find small commercial tenants. This property is next to the historic downtown area so there is plenty of foot traffic on the sidewalk for a small business, but the garage is located on the back of the property. I'm looking at house hacking using the detached garage. Thanks for the help and advice.
