Easiest way for tenant to pay rent

I'm closing on a quad plex this wk I'm researching the best practice for collecting rents. I see there some app's out there that charge a small fee for collecting anyone have success with those? Anyone have auto pay ie: auto wire transfer from check/savings acct to pay rents?

Venmo app- free and extremely easy. You can have multiple bank accounts and direct which one you would like the funds to go into. I personally walk my tenants who are not using Venmo how to use.
