Malicious Damage - How often & what's the average cost to repair?
Out of curiosity, how often, if at all, have any of you had a tenant maliciously damage your property prior to leaving? And what seems to be the average cost to repair? Is this a big problem? I'm an on-again/off-again investor and have only needed to address mid-term abandonment.
