Renter and Landlord Experience
What are the biggest struggle's with renters and property managers? I was a landlord on my own properties for 3 years and it was a struggle but I learned a lot. I learned that I didn't want to be a property manager. My biggest issue was finding a good property manager to take over my properties. I lost about 10-15 grand due to poor property management companies until I found a good one. I'm building software to help change the entire interactions that a landlord has with a renter so I am looking for some insight. Do you use software currently that you really like or dislike? If so, please explain What do you think is missing?
