Hey Everyone - Quick question, Just had tenants move out and they only could find one of the two keys we gave them. What do you do in this situation? I am already planning on changing the locks, but do you charge a fee for a missing key? Thanks everyone!!

Considering the cost of a key I wouldn't even waste the time typing the question. My time is way to valuable. You should value your time more highly
