When do you use a lease addendum
Hello all. I have been reading around on ways to strengthen my lease agreement, and I'm seeing a lot of people use addendums. Could a tenant sign the lease, but then refuse to sign the addendum immediately after? Would it make more sense to add these extra terms to your lease?
