Colorado statehouse proposing multiple Bills impacting rentals

This summer the Colorado statehouse is considering various Bills that would impact the tenant/landlord/Property Manager relationship. Many of us have watched home and investment property values sharply increase over the last decade (double bonus if you acquired one 5+ years ago) but, the current CO State Senate and House aim to close the gap between what many tenants view as an imbalance of power.
