Hey BP!

I'm going through a struggle I'm sure many of you are, finding a good contractor. Looking for recommendations specifically for masonry work but interested in connecting with any good GCs that service the Gardner, MA area. I currently own a 3-family and have another property under contract. Definitely looking to expand in this area. Could lead to a long term, mutually beneficial relationship.

The problem is never finding a contractor, it is finding a contractor for what you're willing to pay them. I have looked at more investor work that I can count and we do work for a few seasoned investors that know our value, but almost everyone is looking for GC knowledge, skill and experience with handyman pricing, using Home Depot products and demanding a long term warranty.
