I have a squatter and from what I can tell, if I’m to follow the law, I end up getting the short end of the stick. Any advise on how to expedite things in an effective and inexpensive way?

Get a BIG sign made saying something like this .    " This property has been quarenteed due to the finding af a serious and fatal disease "  make it sound official and look official . Show up to the house in a white tyvek suit and a mask and fasten the sign while they are there .
