Tenant paying with programs is late.
You buy a new building, all excited to find nice tenants..
but one tenant has a program paying for her rent called "tra" in nj, I send in to them the change of ownership documents, I call them they say it takes 3p day to process papers they can't answer, month past, already second payment due.....
What could you do?
