Buy and hold question

Buy and hold question

I read some peoples view of buy and hold is to purchase a house and sell it 10 years down the road.

My idea is to buy and hold for 15 years. Then refinance another 30 years instead of selling. This will allow me to keep the well maintained property and double the cash flow on the house in 15 years.

Please let me know your thoughts on this. I have 10 to 15 years to figure it out :)
