Coin Opp Laundry for multiunits

For my properties with 8+ units I'm buying Coin Operated Washer/Dryers

Does anyone have any recommendations or tips on these?  I'm eyballing a Whirlpool Gas/Washer (top Load preferred for wear-tear)/Dryer for for about $800-900 each or $1700-2k for a stackable.

Also--Stackable vs side-by-side?  I understand stackable is a 'space saver' but what's the general thoughts on which last longer?

@Will F.

Look up nearby laundry mats to see what they charge per load. I think a good rule of thumb is to either charge the same or even a bit more because you are offering up convenience to your tenants. That could get you to a good income estimate assuming that each family does their laundry once every week or two weeks?

By the way, how big is your laundry room space? That would be a factor in which kind you should get.
