Short-term corporate housing lease

We are in the process of finding tenants for our rental house in Washington and got contacted by a corporate housing company asking for a 2 month lease on behalf of their customers due to an insurance case.  They are willing to pay extra but also require that the contract will be on the corporate name and not the tenants.

This is the first time we encounter such situation and wanted to ask the forum if there are any gotchas going this route and what to pay attention for doing such lease.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Gregory.
