Raleigh real estate investing
Hey guys, I’m new to real estate investing and I’m about to rent out my first house. I’m 24 and about to buy a second house to live in for a year and then rent that next year also. Is there anyone that has any advise for me just starting out? Maybe there are other real estate investors in the Raleigh area that I can talk to? I’ve done a lot of research on real estate investing but I know there’s a lot more to know. Thanks!!
