Handling plumbing problems

How does everyone handle plumbing problems with your rentals? I am thinking about renting my house but it occasionally has plumbing issues and wasn’t sure how landlords do that. Thank you!

Often I call my handyman instead . I’m not paying 100$ for a licensed plumber  to snake a drain or stop a dripping faucet .its really good to know general plumbing so you can save yourself hundreds or thousands a year
