Guidebook for VRBO/ AIrbnb

Hey Everyone, 

I recently purchased a property in the Gatlinburg area for use as a STR (thanks to all those in the biggerpockets forum that made that possible, especially Luke and Avery Carl and Chuck Kramer, all fantastic people). I am trying to create some kind of a physical guidebook for the property that would highlight and explain the property features as well as some local area attractions. Is there any software or service out there that would do this for me? I have seen some for digital guidebooks but not one for any actual physical book/ pamphlet that I would leave in the property...

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

@Yitzchok Carmen AirBnB and VRBO have this on the internet! AirBnB = Guidebook VRBO = Hospitality. Just fill those out and direct guests towards them. Give me a call if you’re not familiar with the area and need to know good things to put on there. Thanks!
