house hacking advice
Hello, I am new to real estate investing. And i need advice.. My lease is about to end and i am considering finding an offer market property and fixing it up while i live in it. After about a year or so moving out and renting it out. I live in auburn, al. I’m 25 and I’ve never been a homeowner. Should i do this? How to start? Any advice is appreciated.
