Tenant found a mold in home
The home was fully cleaned and rid of molds. During check in, tenant checked house and says everything is ok. Today there's molds in basement. Am I responsible?

Send them a bottle of mold killer. I would be able to find mold in every home, every building...
...because it is everywhere.
