Advertising rental

Hello everyone!

I'm about to begin advertising a house to get it rented. Just curious where everyone advertises there vacancies.

My thoughts are sign in yard, craigslist, and newspaper. This is lower end home in a class A city. Should rent for 1075 - 1100.

What have you found to be the most effective place to advertise your rentals?

Thanks!

Craigslist ad linked to YouTube video.

I get calls off yard signs, but more qualified calls from Craigslist where I spell out the qualifications.
