Evicting Virtual office tenants

I have several Virtual office tenants but I've never had to evict one. Does anyone have any experience with this?

If I understand you correctly, this isn't residential landlord/tenant, rather commercial, and you are probably asking people with little experience in that matter.  But you aren't really doing an eviction, you are trying to end a contract of service.
