How do you find your rental comps?

Candace Price
Posted

Wanted to ask what other members do to find out rental rates around your properties?

I’ve heard from members on BP, that they use rent o meter and Zillow.

Any other suggestions which might be useful?

Thanks

If you use a high quality property management company, they will tell you what the market rent should be for your property. Excellent property management, if you can find it, is worth paying for.
