TX rental deposit ?

I am about to close on a BoA foreclosure that has a longterm (2003) tenant still living there under a 30 day renewal. I am going to provide her notice to move as soon as I close. I highly doubt BoA is going to forward any deposit to me. Who is responsible to provide her with her deposit? The property has actually been kept in good condition so I expect she will be looking for it but I dont feel like I should have to come up with it.
