External security cameras for sfr in Phoenix
Hi all, I was debating getting external Nest cameras for the driveway/side yard of our sfr in Phoenix.
Naturally tenants may not like it as it could appear we are spying on them. I was going to give them access to the feed so both sides win. It helps me for liability purposes too.
Wanted to get the communities opinion here. Am I wasting my money or would you see this as a benefit if you are a tenant?
