Rent collecting Apps or websites for Tennants

Does any one use a rent collection website or any other kind of app? such as Cozy?

I use Tellus. My tenants use it to send me rent payment and it send them a reminder when payday comes so they never pay me late. I can always see my rent roll and all the financial reports from the app.
