I need to learn how to market an out of state property
My tenants are moving out end of July in Georgia. I live out of state and planning to get rid of my property manager. Wondering how it’s possible to find new tenants when I’m not local to meet and show the place. Also, I don’t know how or where to advertise my rental. It’s a 3bec 2bath home in a gated community south of Atlanta - in case that helps. I’m sure that there is a forum here - I just can’t find it.
