FIRST RENTAL IN BALTIMORE - 21207 - Dorchester

I found a property in 21207 in Dorchester on Liberty Height Ave and I am interested in buying it. My only concern is crime and of course, if the tenant(s) will be a headache. Before making the final step and purchasing this rental, I sort want feedback from some of the more experienced investors who have either invested nearby or in so called CLASS C-CLASS C+ and what to do.
