TX HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
Hello,
I am in the process of purchasing a 4 plex in Houston, TX. Does anyone have an insurance company/broker you'd recommend? The quotes I have received from a few brokers for dwelling policy so far are pretty high and are in the $3200 and up range. In addition to that price, 1M umbrella policies are in the $300 and up range to. The home is in the AE flood zone and the seller is assigning their flood insurance policy over to me, so I am good with flood insurance.
