Can a 40x40 shed/workshop make some additional income?
Does anyone have experience renting out a workshop/shed? I was thinking it'd be good for tenant storage.
It's a 40x40 shed on the same property as two rental trailers.
I could probably divide it into multiple units.
This is in a suburban/rural part of Baton Rouge.
