Renewing tenant's lease
My tenant wants to renew for another year.
Do you have to have them sign the entire 20 page lease again, or is the a way to create a one pager that says that the previous lease is renewed and all the provisions remain in effect? Thanks!

Why not use an addendum signature page to attach to the original agreement for the extension, with stated rents and sign it? (Actually a statement and not a question, lol)
