Unauthorized tenants won’t leave
Hi, I have a property in north Hollywood ca that I leased out to a family.
They actually never lived there and were running Airbnb which I didn’t know about. Finally she informed me that she is leaving but she has people in 2 rooms that are not leaving even though she has moved all the other Airbnb furniture out.
How can I get these people who I don’t know and never signed a lease with not collected rent or anything to leave.
They have lived there for many months but I never knew what was going on and the lady o rented to paid me rent up h til now as she was apparently making lots of money renting rooms.
Will cops help me get them out? I don’t even know who is living on my property now. Since my renter us leaving she turned off the utilities too.
