Looking for the best online management source for landlord to upload docs, communicate with tenants and receiving tenants rent payments.

@Naomi Brooks I’ve been using Cozy.co and I love it. Easy to use, cheap (free), and perfect.
I used TenantCloud for a few weeks as a trial as well. It worked well, had more accounting features, but had a higher learning curve. I ended up going with Cozy and Quickbooks, but I can definitely recommend TC as well.
