Wholesaling fix and flip

Hello BP family I am a new to investing read tons of books and feel like thousands of video.

I wanted to know if anyone can direct me on how to find or best method to find investors for wholesaling and fix and flipping. Also if there is anyone with advice on legalities when wholesaling and flipping I may need to consider.
