Drainpipe, small leaks at fittings

Link to leaking PVC

I reported to some basement water, I am seeing this at a drain fitting above the floor. Looks like some dripping at the fittings if I'm seeing this correctly.

Is this a flex seal situation, or is this a "you need a plumber asap" situation?
