Investor Friendly Realtor in Baltimore
Hello everyone,
I have been looking for a home to house hack for a little while now in the Baltimore area. I am starting to realize that I might need to look for a new realtor lol. It has gotten to the point where I am sending him the properties that I am interested in and he is sending the list card and scheduling the viewings. Other than that, I am doing the majority of the work. I am the one locating the properties, doing the analysis, etc. Pretty much, there is no real benefit to my realtor besides he is nice. If anyone can provide me with any recommendations of a great realtor (preferably one that is an investor) that would be great. This is my first time purchasing a property and it would be great to have help from a realtor that knows what I should be looking for.
