Hey Guys! I was wondering if anyone had a written up agreement/informational form about Tellus for your tenants? Just FYI'ing them that this is the service I use for communications, rent payments etc.

Hi @Leslie Mangrum - I don't have a separate agreement. I just specify in my lease that I want to receive payments through Tellus. Haven't had problems so far.

@Leslie Mangrum I just told my tenants over email that I was planning to switch payments and communication to Tellus (I was using checks before) and they were totally OK with it. Now they're happy because the checks were annoying to remember for them.

Oh! Awesome, I think I am overthinking the whole process.

I use Cozy (which is similar to Tellus), and I mention it as one of two possible payment options in my lease. The other option is them depositing the money at my bank.
When I was showing the property to potential tenants, if they got serious enough to want an application, I did mention the two possible methods of payment, and that they would need a bank account to use Cozy. As far as I remember, that didn't really seem to raise any objections, but I figured it was better to tell them up front.
