tenants complain about refrigerator temperature

Hello all, hope all is well.

New tenants complaining that the fridge isn't cold enough.  I seem to get this with 9 out of 10 new tenants.  Some tenants try to turn the dial down until the thing freezes over, then they say it is broke.

Lease says that if they don't like the one we put they can buy their own.

What are your thoughts, suggestions, comments on this common situation?

Thanks

Why not buy a thermometer from the dollar store and put it in the fridge to show the true temperature? Would cost you a buck a fridge.
