Are there credible resources, best practice to screen tenants?

Hi BP community,

Just joined and ready to make the plunge and purchase my first MFH property. However I don’t know how to prepare to navigate existing tenant and the vacancies.

I plan on using the lease forms in BP but I’m not familiar with how to screen for a good tenant. Any best practices or resources that you can recommend to avoid tenant pitfalls?
