Buyer Questions to ask

I have come up with these questions to use to inquire about the properties I view. Would you suggest anything else or different?

1. How long has this property been on the market?
2. What are the sales history of this property?
3. How old is the roof? What material is the roof made of?
4. How much are property taxes?
5. Is the electrical wiring up to code?
6. Does the homeowner own the hot water heater/HVAC/A’C units? Are they rentals?
7. What is the reason for selling the home?
