Property Manager in Indianapolis search
Hi all. Want to rent our our sf ranch northeast after purchasing a larger home and considering using a PM. My wife, the boss is fast food. What's it going to cost? I've searched the forum and seen trends of first month rent plus 10%. The wife wants to know what maintenance should be covered using a PM as well. Any feedback? Open to talking with hands on PM's as well. Thanks in advance.

@Torrence Rundell Craig maintenance will be billed as a separate expense and will either be at cost or with some mark up depending on the PM
